CHANGE PLANET PARTNERS CLIMATE INNOVATION FOUNDATION is a 12AA certified tax exempt non-profit public trust entity,and bearing the trust registration number 61/IV/2011.
We use payment gateway for one purpose; for receiving donation for pursuing the three pillars activities of innovation, incubation and advocacy of our foundation.
For Donations:
We make public our policy on donations, refund and/or cancellation of donations received for the social cause as under:-
We disallow refund(s)/cancellation(s) for the donated amount by the donor(s) for cash/donations made through the online payment gateway/offline mode such as cheque, DD et.al. The donations received shall be solely used for various charitable activities of CHANGE PLANET PARTNERS CLIMATE INNOVATION FOUNDATION.
While we will accept donations from individuals, businesses and groups with clean professional/personal records, If any donor(s) comes to our notice as accused of wrongdoing and is/are found guilty either by Lokpal or by the courts of the REPUBLIC OF INDIA, in such circumstances, we shall endeavor to return at the earliest, the donation made by the person or group, and reserve the right to blacklist them from ever associating with our foundation in future.
Normal receipts will be issued in an offline mode and through e-mail,preferably, with captured proper name(s), full address, contact information such as a valid phone number and active email address, PAN number,where applicable, for donations made through online/offline means, duly after the transaction closure and when proper receipt of funds occurs during the normal course of business cycle. Such business cycle may last from 15-30 business days from the date of transaction performed by the donor(s).
Any donation in excess of INR 2000/- requires the donor to furnish his/her PAN number reference without fail. Currently we are able to process domestic (within India ) donations and all such domestic transactions will be processed in Indian currency INR.
Donations made on behalf of a company or other non profit organizations with valid 12AA/80G and/or FCRA registrations, based in India shall be accepted in an offline mode preferably with prior intent intimation of the donor at info@www.cppcif.org and all such donations received will receive a normal receipt in the organization’s name.
Card/NetBanking Details
In the case of individual donations made through online mode, individuals’ shall agree, understand and confirm that the card/netbanking details furnished by them towards making a donation to CHANGE PLANET PARTNERS CLIMATE INNOVATION FOUNDATION will be correct and accurate and they will not use any card(s)/netbanking details which do not lawfully belong to them.
CHANGE PLANET PARTNERS CLIMATE INNOVATION FOUNDATION shall not store or share such details furnished by the donor and will not be liable for any card/netbanking related fraud(s). However, CHANGE PLANET PARTNERS CLIMATE INNOVATION FOUNDATION shall store the transaction processing status information along with the date and time stamp and as furnished by the payment gateway affiliate in a secure manner. But the liability for use of card/netbanking details fraudulently will be on the donor(s) and the onus to prove otherwise shall exclusively rest with them.
Electronic Communications
When donor(s) visit the Site or send emails to us, they are communicating with us electronically. They therefore, consent to receive communications from us electronically. We shall communicate with them by email on a need and case-by-case basis and/or by posting notices on the Site . They agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to them electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Donor(s) Agree and Confirm
Donor(s) shall provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of them. CHANGE PLANET PARTNERS CLIMATE INNOVATION FOUNDATION reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by them at any point of time.
That they are accessing the information available on this Site and transacting at their sole risk and are using their best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site and comply with the Website Terms and Conditions Policy.
